Hi, I leveled from 50 to 67 purely by grinding, just my personal preference. Is there any particular reason why the 2nd job experience feels so weak?
Would it be possible to make Drain hit 3 targets?
For comparison, FP Wizards can hit 3 mobs with Fire Arrow. Their previous weaker 2nd job was at least balanced by having one of the fastest 3rd job experiences. I don’t really see a reason why Assassins need to stay stuck with whack and no AoE options.
Thanks!

from 50 to 67, the recommended areas for leveling are questing in malaysia, mulung, herbtown, and ghostship. pure grinding is probably one of the slower ways of getting through these levels.
Drain hitting 3 targets would be interesting, but then it would also pretty much make avenger at 3rd job obsolete, so not sure if that change would be good.

Assassin has the least mobbing but have the highest single target DPS.
leveling a sin is not an easy job but rewarding.
Night Lord Venom skill is improved and require 20 points to max.
I don't think making drain a mobbing skill is something we will do, but lets see what other staff member has to say -
I also share @litregm 's opinion. Sin is not meant to be easy to level up, and its honestly not too bad as well. You have a lot of other ways to level which are less painful for a sin, questing, pq'ing fit a sin more, and its fine that grinding is a little bit harder on a sin. The change to avenger (hermit's mobbing skill) is very significant and will make your life easier on the 3rd job.
