[Assassin] Ninja Storm skill

1. Sometimes it doesn’t push the monster away (seems to depend on the monster’s current action).
2. It says 70% damage, but the damage feels inconsistent, sometimes it only hits for 1. It honestly feels closer to 10%. I don’t want this to turn into an AoE skill, but having a reliable 70% damage (without crit) would really help with the weak 2nd job experience.

Ninja storm is not skill for dmg, purely for pushing monsters. the dmg is like that since its using different formula.
