I agree with Ark here.
The removal from secondary stat reqs on armor and lowering it on weapons favour every job EXCEPT for warriors.
Warriors don't need DEX they need accuracy. I'd genuinely just slap +3/4 acc on every piece of equipment warriors can wear. Also a big fan of making STR give accuracy.
