Warrior accuracy (Pre-mastery)

Especially before level 30, warriors have a hard time hitting some mobs (esp KPQ crocs and king slime even with acc pots). While we can add extra dex to help with this, it will really slow down damage while we recover the str

Some proposed solutions:

Shift mastery to 1st job (swap with iron will?)
Add accuracy to early weapons (previously relied on maple weapons for this stat)
Add SOME accuracy scaling to str (Currently 1 dex = 0.8 acc, maybe give str = 0.4 acc) [Not sure how hard this will be to implement]
Buff accuracy pots (Might be easiest to implement)

Probably better to just adjust KPQ avoidability. I didn't do KPQ but I didn't encounter any accuracy issues at all 1st job by doing quests
